Low carb hydration
Make Hydrating more enticing, with an electrolyte solution flavoured with hints of blackcurrant. Have them when your training is particularly intense or when you are feeling depleted. Just drop in a hydration tablet in to your water. Each serving makes 500ml with 20X per tube making 10 litres.
With balanced electrolytes to keep you hydrated when you need it. Excellent for pre-event hydration or for shorter duration training.

- 1 serving into 500ml water will produce a 30mmol/L sodium solution

Citric Acid, Electrolyte Mix 40% (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Chloride, Tricalcium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Zinc Citrate), Anti-Caking Agent (Polyethylene Glycol), Inulin, Bulking Agent (Sorbitol), Maltodextrin, Colour (Beetroot Red), Sweetener (Sucralose), Triacetin, Natural Flavouring, Acacia Gum, B Vitamins (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate, Thiamine Hydrochloride).
Directions for Use
Add one Hydration tab to 500ml of water and allow to dissolve. Consume within 24 hours, best served chilled.

Ever since I stayed using these tablets (in conjunction with the slow release carbs of secret training) bonking has become less frequent, allowing me to maintain higher power levels even on long rides when taken in correct intervals during the ride.
